Celebrities have included Whoopi Goldberg, Queen Latifah, Nas, Cory Booker, Cornel West, Joe Walsh, Andre Braugher, Chris Broussard, and Michael Strahan, to name a few..
After opening several critically acclaimed restaurants, Lance began to focus on his catering company, Blujeen, cooking for some of Metropolitan New York's elite businesses and celebrities.
In 2010, Chef Lance was part of the team to cater Chelsea Clintons wedding.
Chef Lance has worked with and supports several
charitable organizations including Table to Table, Autism Speaks, The James Beard Foundation, and City Harvest.
Lance has appeared on Television several times, as a competitor on TV Food Networks Extreme Chef, profiled on Fluffy's Food Adventures with Gabriel Iglesias, NBC New York, CBS New York, and several others.
In 2015, Lance founded the Black Chef series with chefs Max Hardy and Russel Jackson. The Black Chef Series highlights African American Chefs across the country.
